Orders are shipped via canada post expedited parcel service. ORDERS TYPICALLY TAKE 1-2 HOURS TO PROCESS BEFORE THEY SHIP. HOWEVER, WE DO RESERVE 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS TO SHIP YOUR ORDER IN CASE ANY OF THE ITEMS ARE OUT OF STOCK.

If you prefer to purchase fresh or frozen products online, and to be shipped via courier, you adjudge all risks and responsibilities associated with the shipping and receiving of such products. You realized that these products may thaw or be left in the courier truck or their warehousing un-refrigerated for extended period of time. Therefore, these product can go bad.
